Both as a soloist, chamber music partner and musician in renowned orchestras, Anne Solveig Weber performs regularly at home and abroad. Before becoming part of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, she played for several years in the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and as a regular guest in the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic, the Bavarian State Orchestra and many other orchestras. She is founder of the platform www.couponconcerts.com and in the management team of the festival Holzhauser Musiktage - Klassik am Starnberger See. Groundbreaking for her education as an orchestral musician were the orchestral academies in the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (2013-2014) as well as in the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks (2014-2016). From 2015-2017 she was principal second violin of the orchestra Le Concert Olympique and from 2011-2013 she was associate concertmaster of the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra. Anne Solveig Weber studied in Munich, Paris and Zurich with professors Zakhar Bron, Nora Chastain, Régis Pasquier and Markus Wolf.
As a soloist she has performed with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra Hradec Kralove (CZ), the Symphony Orchestra Biel (CH), the Meininger Hofkapelle (D) and the Ensemble Interculturel (D). Numerous chamber music and violin courses with, among others, Vadim Repin, Ingolf Turban, Joseph Kalichstein and the Nash Ensemble complemented her musical education. The young violinist was a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation, was supported by the Karolina-Rüedi Foundation and received sponsorship from Evonik Industries AG.
