Nikola Jovanović

Nikola Jovanović was born in Serbia. He studied at the Detmold University of Music, where he obtained both his diploma and concert diploma under Prof. Xenia Janković and Prof. Marcio Carneiro.

He was a prize-winner in national and international competitions, and played chamber music with Menahem Pressler, András Schiff and Ivry Gitlis, among others. He regularly took advanced courses under Prof. David Geringas, Prof. Frans Helmerson and Prof. Wolfgang Boettcher. He has been a member of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 2014.
