Christian Linz

Christian Linz comes from Erfurt and from 1983 had clarinet lessons with Gerhard Fischer. He began his higher musical studies in 1989 with Bernd Kraft at Weimar’s Franz Liszt University of Music. In 1992 he transferred to Prof. Hans-Dietrich Klaus at the Detmold University of Music, where he obtained his artist’s diploma in 1999. Christian Linz has been a member of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 1996.
