Dagmar Puttkammer

Dagmar Puttkammer studied with Prof. Wanda Wiłkomirska at the Mannheim University of Music and with Prof. Winfried Rademacher at the Trossingen University of Music. She was a member of the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie, European Community Youth Orchestra (ECYO) and Neuss German Chamber Academy. Through the Munich Orchestral Academy she was able to play in the Munich Philharmonic, Bavarian State and Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestras. Alongside her orchestral work, Dagmar Puttkammer is a keen devotee of chamber music, winning various prizes for her playing. In 2003, with the Aulos ViVaCe ensemble, she won the Folkwang Prize. She has been a member of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 1999.
