Hasko Kröger

Hasko Kröger is from Hamburg, and gained early experience in state, federal and European youth orchestras. After studying with Prof. Christoph Kohler at the Lübeck University of Music, he worked for several years at various opera houses, including Berlin’s Unter den Linden State Opera.

He was a member of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra for many years, and from 2003 a member of the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, which enabled him to work intensively with Claudio Abbado for 10 years in each. He has been employed by the Bamberg Symphony since 2002.
