Katja Kuen

Katja Kuen has been a member of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 2000. She studied with Wolfgang Boettcher in Berlin and Dmitri Ferschtman in Amsterdam, where she graduated with distinction in 2000. She was a prize-winner in the Berlin Domenico Gabrielli Competition and held scholarships from the Mannheim Sinfonima Foundation and Ferenc Fricsay Foundation.

Since 2003, she has given concerts as a member of the Berganza Quartet alongside Aki Sunahara, Sabine Lier and Christof Kuen.
