Peter Müseler

Peter Müseler gained his first professional experiences with the Bamberg Symphony as a scholarship-holder in its Joseph Keilberth Orchestral Academy, and on short-term contracts in the Orchestra itself, before becoming solo horn in Saarbrücken’s Saarland State Orchestra.

While a student of Prof. Christian-Friedrich Dallmann at Berlin’s University of the Arts, and of Prof. Robert Langbein at Dresden’s Carl Maria von Weber Music University, he won first prize at two international music competitions, in Markneukirchen (2012) and Baden-Baden (2015).

As a soloist he appeared in concert with the Berlin Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester and MDR Symphony Orchestra, among others. Peter Müseler has been deputy solo horn of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 2016.
