Till Fabian Weser

Till Fabian Weser has been a member of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra since 1994. He is a founding member of the Bach, Blech & Blues brass ensemble.

In addition to his trumpet work, he conducts orchestras such as the Düsseldorf, Hof and Nuremberg Symphonies and Jena Philharmonic. He is Artistic Director of the Bamberg Summer Opera and from 2008 to 2011 was Artistic Director of Erlangen’s Classics on the Lake. Since 2012 Till Fabian Weser has been the conductor of the Upper Franconia Youth Symphony Orchestra, thus helping to train the region’s up-and-coming musical talent. In February 2013, he directed the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra in the German premiere of Leonard Bernstein's Peter Pan.
